Job Description:
U.S. Pipe and Foundry is seeking an Operations Support Intern. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing a training platform, then train on the usage of the new LMS training platform and features. This internship can lead to a full-time employment opportunity at US Pipe.
Essential Functions:
- Create and train on “How to” Manuals.
- Troubleshoot LMS training platform for opportunities and improvements.
- Provide support to US Pipe production plants on platform.
- Develop Reports and Graphs to track training and documentations for standard work processes.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills & Other Requirements:
- Students must be enrolled in an accredited university working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. Human Resource (HRM/HCM), Education (Technology and Instructional Design), Engineering (Operations), or related degree.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience with Data Collection and Presentations a plus.
