Summer Sales Management Internship
KYA's Internship program is a learning process designed to promote professional growth. We accept students in the summer of their Freshman through Junior year for an optimum experience.
The main objective of this internship is to learn skills in Sales Management. Skills include, but are not limited to, management, sales techniques, critical thinking, psychology, team building, marketing, communication, time management, interpersonal communication, business strategy, partnership, data analytics, and more.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Calendar tasks
- Schedule meetings, appointments, travel schedule, and more.
- Review and execute daily assigned tasks.
- Execution of tasks on specific operating software
- Google My Maps
- Data Entry
- Organization
- Hubspot/Sage CRM

- Running Sales Reports

- Help organize and execute meeting agendas.
- Make phone calls to the Sales team.
- Travel locally for day trips to visit with clients, attend events, or visit projects.
- Travel overnight, if needed, to meet with clients, attend events, or visit projects.
- Delivering samples.
- Communicating with other departments to carry out tasks.
- Driving to meetings, sites, and training.
General Requirements:
- Computer proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with a team.
- Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Organized with strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Dress in business professional or business casual attire.
Education Requirements: Sophomore to junior student aspiring to earn a degree in Business or a related field.
