Medical Operations Associate

We are a healthcare startup, and currently looking for a medical operations associate (full-time).

You Will:
- Assist in organizing and managing patient appointments and coordinating with different parties.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and physicians to develop and refine patient care processes.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of efficient workflows that enhance the patient journey.
- Accurately complete standardized forms, insurance paperwork, and other medical documentation.
- Assist in developing and enhancing automation tools to streamline administrative tasks.We're a small team obsessed with deep thinking, speed, craftsmanship, and a customer-focused approach, committed to building the best care experience in healthcare with a 30-year horizon.
