Lobby Attendant / Concierge

Job Title: Lobby Attendant / Concierge

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday: 4:00 PM to Midnight

Off Friday

Saturday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Open to 2 Part-Time Shifts

Job Description: We are seeking a responsible and professional individual to manage the lobby area of our facility, ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent service to both residents and guests. This position will require someone who can handle multiple tasks, manage communication, and maintain a positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet incoming residents and guests with professionalism and courtesy.

Receive and manage mail deliveries.

Handle maintenance logs and requests, ensuring proper follow-up.

Monitor and manage incoming guests, ensuring compliance with building rules.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment.

Provide clear and timely communication through text messages, emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
