Mission Critical Facility Account Manager 

Pergravis, LLC is seeking exceptional individuals to join our team as Account Managers. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer experience by fostering professional and positive relationships with our valued clients. This involves open and frequent communication, scheduled updates, and demonstrating a proactive sense of urgency in addressing their needs. 

As an Account Manager, you’ll oversee key operations such as monitoring performance periods, prioritizing services to maximize order fulfillment, reconciling orders upon expiration, clearing roadblocks with service partners, and managing the travel and expense reporting process for overseas services.

To be considered, you will need to demonstrate well developed communication skills, be comfortable speaking on the telephone, be capable of developing a working knowledge of mission critical facility electrical and mechanical systems, possess above average critical thinking and reasoning skills, be innately curious and have a natural sense of urgency and personal drive.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management and Strategy: 

  • Review service orders for accuracy and completeness, ensuring seamless execution. 
  • Develop and implement high-level strategies for assigned accounts, including prioritization, coordination, and communication. 
  • Assign service awards to regional staff for timely execution. 

 

Team Oversight and Development:

  • Organize, train, and develop Coordinators to deliver exceptional service. 
  • Provide day-to-day oversight of service activities, addressing challenges and concerns promptly. 
  • Evaluate team performance and skills, recommending training and career growth opportunities. 

 

Customer Relationship Management: 

  • Master contract requirements to ensure full compliance and satisfaction. 
  • Proactively communicate with customers, instilling confidence in addressing needs. 
  • Lead customer meetings and deliver comprehensive status reports. 
  • Keep clients informed of quote statuses, proposals, and order progress.

 

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track, measure, and report service activity levels and outcomes. 
  • Deliver detailed service metrics and key business indicators to leadership weekly. 

 

Service Execution and Support:

  • Manage escalations, prioritize systems requiring urgent attention, and address units in alarm or off-line statuses. 
  • Host regular team meetings to discuss open service cases, challenges, and division-wide updates. 

 

Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Reconcile expired orders with thorough closure and reporting practices. 
  • Oversee travel and expense reporting for overseas services. 
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to develop accurate quotes, factoring in time and logistics. 
  • Provide insights to the Director regarding staffing needs and customer base support improvements. 
  • Other duties assigned.
