Position Overview:
As a Summer Intern at Shannon Rikard State Farm, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments, and making outbound calls to generate interest in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Direct calls to the appropriate team members or departments.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about State Farm services.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in our insurance and financial products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in business, communications, or a related field.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
