About the Role
As a Sales Intern, you'll be part of a remote team that's responsible for driving growth, adoption, and retention of the Pointment platform. Working directly with our CEO and COO, this position covers in-person sales, customer onboarding, and product development. Key responsibilities include:
- Become an expert in the Pointment platform, and be able to explain our competitive advantage in the salon SaaS market
- Identify target customers in your area based on key attributes like salons' online presence, menu offerings, ownership demographics, and client base
- Utilize the company's CRM to enhance sale pipeline management
- Engage with decision makers at local salons by initiating cold calls, product demo appointments, and team training sessions
- Support onboarding and customer success
- Help optimize the product strategy by relaying flow and platform feedback to the Product Development team
Who We're Looking For
- Current undergrad or grad students
- Must speak Vietnamese, conversational is OK
- Able to work a minimum of 5 hours/week
- Entrepreneurial, tech-savvy, and self-driven
- Comfortable using GSuite tools
- Interested in business, beauty, or tech
