Responsible for supporting the Marketing Team in optimizing and managing marketing processes and systems, creating compelling content, and executing marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Management: Supports the creation, editing, and publishing of engaging content for the company’s blog, social media platforms, and other branding communications to drive traffic to the website. Ensures all content is on-brand and optimized for search and user experience.
  • Campaign Support: Supports the design, implementation, and management of marketing campaigns, including workflows and automation sequences.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Works cross-functionally to ensure all content and campaigns ae aligned with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.
  • HubSpot Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Data Management: Supports in the management and optimization of the CRM system. Ensures accurate data entry and maintains data integrity for lead generation across multiple touchpoints.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Website Maintenance: Supports on-going updates and maintenance of the company website. Assists in implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.

Requirements:

Current college student, majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Highly organized with a passion for digital marketing and a knack for storytelling. Basic knowledge of SEO principles and how to analyze/measure content performance. Skilled in managing social medical accounts, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar. Strong organizational and time management skills to work om multiple projects simultaneously under strict timelines. Ability to deliver creative content ideas and transform complex information into reader-friendly material. Eagerness to learn and adapt to innovative marketing trends and tools. Maintains a positive attitude, even in challenging situations. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

This position is onsite in the office.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, speak, operate a computer, and continuously communicate with internal and external customers. Must be able to read documents and computer screen, and have dexterity to key in data.
