Position Overview:
We’re looking for a resourceful, driven, and adaptable Client Success & Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is for someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and tackle a variety of critical tasks — from calling prospects and scheduling demos to creating sales PDFs, client-facing materials, or even videos. You’ll be directly supporting sales and client success teams, helping to close deals, onboard clients, and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospects and clients to schedule meetings, demos, or follow-ups
• Coordinate calendars and set appointments for the sales and executive team
• Create client-facing assets, such as PDFs, product overviews, and custom proposals
• Assist in producing basic videos or demos for client education or marketing
• Draft contracts and help facilitate document completion through e-sign platforms
• Support client onboarding and post-sale follow-up efforts
• Assist with special projects as needed in sales, marketing, or operations
Skills & Experience:
• Exceptional communication skills — professional, clear, and persuasive
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Zoom, HubSpot (or CRM equivalents), and PDF editors
• Experience with video tools like Loom or basic video editing platforms a plus
• Prior sales support or administrative experience is a plus, but strong work ethic and resourcefulness are most important
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with a willingness to learn
