Social Media Intern

Company Description: AskNeo Media is a tech and creative company based in New York. We help brands bring their ideas to life through web design, graphic design, SEO, podcasts, videos, blogs, social media, SMS campaigns, go-to-market strategies, growth strategies, events, and more. We specialize in working with startups from pre-seed stage to Series D, helping them grow all the way to the top.

Responsibilities:

• Create and publish high-quality content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Monitor and respond to social media conversations and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Analyze social media performance data to continuously improve and optimize social media strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

• Perfect spoken and written communication skills in English (US-English preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, and TikTok.

• Ability to analyze social media performance data and provide insights to continuously improve and optimize social media strategies.

Evolution of the role:

Possibility to get hired full time at the end of the internship.
