We’re hiring a Marketing Strategist (Intern). This is a paid internship with the potential to grow into a permanent role for the right person.
You’ll work directly with me (the Founder) to shape and execute marketing strategies that attract the right people—the ones who think differently, live intentionally, and actually give a damn. You’ll help us speak directly to our people, the ones who just haven't found us yet, spark real engagement, and help grow two exciting brands with customers and clients who aren’t just chasing income—they’re the kind of people crazy enough to believe they can change the world.
And honestly? That’s exactly what we’re doing.
Key Responsibilities
Build Bold Marketing Strategies
Create and execute marketing strategies that align with our mission, speak to our people, and drive results. You’ll help set the vision and guide the creative team to bring it to life.
Own the Socials
Manage and grow our presence across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more—using a mix of content, trends, and strategy to stay relevant and drive engagement.
Lead Video Strategy & Repurposing
Help with creative ideas and assist in directing short- and long-form content creation that amplifies our message along with the responsibility of repurposing across all platform post-production (video production is not a part of this role).
Engage Our Community
Create client campaigns and touchpoints that add value, deepen connection, and keep our ecosystem alive and thriving.
Collaborate Across the Board
Work closely with leadership, creative teams, and ops to keep everything aligned—from messaging to execution.
What We’re Looking For
You Know Today's Socials: Whether in a role, freelance project, or your own thing, you’ve had a hand in building and executing marketing strategies that made an impact. You know what it’s like to take an idea from concept to launch—and how to adjust when things don’t go as planned. If you’ve done this in a startup or fast-moving environment, even better.
Creative With a Capital C: You don’t copy trends—you put your own spin on them. You’re always thinking about better, fresher ways to say or show something.
Message-Obsessed: You understand that the how matters just as much as the what. Words, tone, and timing aren’t random—they’re everything.
Analytical Without the Overkill: You love a good insight and know how to use data to adjust, improve, and grow.
Digitally Fluent: You’re comfortable with content creation tools, social platforms, video editing basics (advanced editing is not required; we have a team for this already), and using project management tools to stay organized.
Communicates Like a Human: You can write, present, and explain ideas in a way that lands—clear, persuasive, and no fluff.
Self-Directed but Coachable: You don’t wait for permission to make something better, but you welcome feedback and know how to use it.
