Software Developer

MemberJunction is seeking a motivated and innovative Entry Level Software Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates in Computer Science or related fields to kickstart their careers by working on a wide range of challenging and forward-looking technology projects. You will be directly involved in building cutting-edge solutions that empower our clients, including associations, organizations, and businesses, to achieve their strategic objectives through advanced technology.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions that align with MemberJunction’s mission and objectives.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern programming languages and frameworks.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of MemberJunction’s technology stack.

Project Collaboration

• Work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver projects on time and to specifications.

• Engage in discussions to understand client requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications and systems.

 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 

• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures. 

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, Java, or C#. 

• Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (Angular, Node.js, etc.). 

• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and tackle new challenges. 

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
