Store Supervisor

Are you an experienced leader with a strong background in shipping, logistics, and retail operations? Do you have the expertise to oversee the launch and daily management of a store that blends top-tier shipping services with a specialty coffee experience? If so, The Ship and Sip Store is looking for an experienced Store Supervisor to oversee the launch and lead our team to ensure smooth, efficient operations from day one!

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics (will consider if currently in the middle of their degree)

✔ Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to analyze financial reports, track sales performance, and implement growth strategies
✔ Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to foster a positive team and client experience
✔ Familiarity with POS systems, shipping software, and business operations tools

Preferred:

✔ Knowledge of shipping procedures, carriers, and regulations

✔ Experience in a restaurant or coffee shop
✔ Experience in opening and/or managing a store, including staffing, inventory management, and operational setup

Responsibilities:

Oversee all shipping and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with carrier policies

Manage and support both shipping and coffee service teams, ensuring smooth daily operations

Lead the store’s grand opening process, including hiring, training, and establishing workflows

Monitor financial performance, optimize sales strategies, and ensure profitability

Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and supply chains for both shipping and coffee services

Train, mentor, and evaluate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues professionally and effectively

Ensure compliance with store policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices
