We’re looking for a passionate and creative Video Production Intern to help us capture, edit, and produce engaging video content that will enhance the learning experience for our community.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Video Production Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in creating video content for referees. This role involves filming, editing, and producing videos that will be used for training, social media, and promotional purposes. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, has a keen eye for visual storytelling, and is excited about contributing to the world of sports officiating.

Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality video footage of referee training sessions, interviews, and related events.
- Edit videos to create engaging and educational content for referees, including highlights, tutorials, and promotional clips.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute video projects, ensuring they align with our brand and training objectives.
- Organize and manage video files, ensuring they are stored and labeled correctly for easy access.
- Assist with the creation of graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance video content.
- Stay updated on video production trends and techniques to improve the quality of our content.
- Ensure all videos are completed in a timely manner and meet quality standards.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Film, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio.
- Strong storytelling skills and a passion for creating engaging video content.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
- Interest in sports, officiating, or training/education content is a plus.
