The Horizons Program is a paid apprenticeship that prepares early-career or transitioning professionals for roles in HR technology/HRIS teams or consulting roles helping customers maximize their operations and employee experience with Workday.
We start with 12 weeks of remote training focused on:
- HR fundamentals and Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Data analysis & reporting
- Internal consulting & communication skills
After training, you will be placed with a client to apply your skills in real-world projects, with the potential for full-time employment.
As an Associate, You Will:

Requirements:
- Based in the continental U.S. (excluding NY, WA, and CA)
- Completed bachelor's degree and not currently enrolled in a higher education program
- Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
