US Church Mobilization Intern

JOB PURPOSE

The USCM Intern will assist the church team with various daily activities and projects. During and after this internship: 

  • The intern will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals and learn more about our mission, vision, strategy, and overall operations of a non-profit organization
  • Upon completion of the internship, the intern will have a portfolio of applicable work experience.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist team with church outreach through prospecting churches and other stewardship activities 
  • Gain valuable experience with CRM software, Salesforce, supporting data management initiatives
  • Learn general NGO organizational structure through a variety of teams within LWI
  • Assist with church and/or NPG event planning and execution
  • Attend virtual US Church Mobilization (USCM) team meetings and support related key tasks
  • Assist in other administrative duties as needed

MINIMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or currently enrolled in a university program of study
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Cross-cultural experience preferred

ADDITIONAL RESOURCES 

  • The intern will be supported with a laptop for use during the internship if needed
  • The intern will be able to work remotely and one to three days in the office (Hybrid)
