About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our HVAC company as we continue to grow our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, strong leadership and management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.  This individual's mission is to help motivate our employees while aligning their individual efforts to achieve the overall company goals.  Anyone performing in this role must be able to motivate and inspire all other team members and not only earn, but show respect to every team member.   

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution: Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company growth and goals.
Culture : Continue to improve upon one where employees feel seen and heard, where management is transparent, and where teams are proud and excited to work together as a team with a common goal.  
Policy & Procedures : Maintain and establish new while making sure staff is adhering to all policy and procedures; Keeping employees accountable.
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including service calls, installations, and maintenance; along with department heads.
Team Leadership: Continually recruit, hire, train, and motivate a high-performing team of technicians, sales representatives, and office staff.
Coverage : Coverage for absent employees; which may involve delegating work to other team members or temporarily filling in themselves to ensure smooth operations. 
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty; while overseeing that field and office employees are doing so as well. Customer conflict resolution.
Professional Image : work to develop and maintain company image 
Sales and Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's in business administration/management or related field ; or 
-3+ years in a management role 
-HVAC industry not required but is a benefit
-Experience in residential service operations preferred 
-Proven track record of success in achieving goals and strategic plans 
-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Positive attitude and outlook
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn a web-based HVAC software
-Valid driver's license
