Our company is seeking an administrative assistant for our wealth management team who is also proficient in client communication and marketing. Will be responsible for social media updates, email marketing, and other mass client communication.

Summary

In the role of Administrative Assistant/Marketing, you will be integral to working with client and assisting the wealth management team to open accounts, schedule meetings and also supporting marketing initiatives and enhancing communication within the organization. Reporting to the wealth management team, you will utilize your core skills in marketing and communication to assist in various campaigns. Your premium skills in SEO, social media marketing, and digital marketing will be essential in promoting our brand effectively. Additionally, your relevant skills in copywriting and research will aid in crafting compelling content. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our marketing efforts while ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, including social media marketing and SEO initiatives.
  • Conduct research to support marketing campaigns and create compelling copy for various platforms.
  • Manage and update the company’s website using WordPress, ensuring content is optimized for performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze marketing metrics and improve engagement across channels.
  • Support administrative tasks related to customer service and client retention.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong marketing skills with a focus on digital marketing and content marketing
  • Proficiency in SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and marketing automation tools
  • Basic financial knowledge and experience
  • Ability to conduct research and copywriting for marketing materials
