Description

The Manager supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving their vocational aspirations through delivery of community prevocational services in a college based setting. The Manager works in collaboration with internal and external service providers, funders and employers.  The position works closely with partners from Monroe Community College and Greece Central School District. The Manager assists with the planning, implementation and coordination of curriculum development, internships, and quality assurance. The Manager demonstrates a solid commitment to transition planning and employment outcomes and plays a significant role in preparing people we support in community prevocational services for successful employment outcomes.

Requirements

Minimum Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree and two years experience in a human service position, vocational or employment setting preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Licensure/Certification

• Valid NYS Driver's License required. Availability of insured personal vehicle to transport self and/or individuals as necessary.

Summary

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, internal equity, and location.
