PACQ is hiring for a Business Management internship, which is the initial part of our management-training program that our company offers. Our talented team of marketing professionals represents our clients with unparalleled integrity to the business community.

PACQ is looking for individuals who are interested in growing and developing within a company and want to learn the business and leadership skills for them to be able to have rapid growth in their future careers.

 The internship involves responsibilities in:

•          Entry level sales & marketing

•          Entry-level management training

•          Sales and marketing presentations

•          Face to face sales and marketing of new services for our clients

•          Sales and marketing techniques

•          Training sales and marketing representative

The sales, marketing and management team at PACQ cross-trains all Interns within leadership development, which includes:

•          Interviewing

•          Sales and marketing training fundamentals

•          Team building and mentoring

•          Entry level marketing and sales consulting

•          Public Speaking

•          Time Management

Intern REQUIREMENTS

Qualified candidates must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and a high level of professionalism and integrity. Public speaking skills for presenting to groups are a plus.

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program required
• Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative
• Flexible work schedule
• Hardworking and dedicated outlook
• Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
• Experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally 
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
