Job Overview
**This is a temporary position from April 7 - 25, Monday through Friday, on-site at our Sandy Springs office. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to provide coverage for a vital team member during this period. While this is a short-term role, strong performers may be considered for future long-term opportunities!
As a Concierge, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This position is responsible for a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks that support the overall functioning of the office, contributing to a productive and organized work environment.
Roles You Will Play
The Coordinator
You help create a seamless and welcoming environment where associates, guests, and vendors feel supported. With attention to detail and a passion for service, you:
- Assist with office events, meetings, and functions, including catering and logistics, ensuring all preparations are in place.
- Support building access procedures to provide a smooth and secure experience for employees and visitors.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as directed to ensure the team has necessary materials to be productive.
- Follow daily opening and closing procedures to help create a productive and organized work environment.
The Show Runner
You contribute to keeping the workspace functional, efficient, and inviting every day.
- Serve as liaison for building management, service providers, and vendors, helping with office maintenance, repairs, and improvements to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Coordinate vendor services, ensuring office needs are met in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in shared spaces, including common areas, meeting rooms, and workstations, ensuring a professional and comfortable atmosphere.
- Support office layout and equipment upkeep under guidance, helping ensure everything remains in place and operational.
The Multi-Tasker
You contribute to keeping daily office operations running smoothly.
- Answer phones, handle incoming and outgoing mail/packages, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Help with employee recognition programs, including birthday and service anniversary celebrations, fostering a positive office culture.
- Support new hire onboarding by preparing workstations, assisting with IT coordination, and ensuring a welcoming experience for new team members.
- Assistance with special projects as needed, contributing to overall office operations.

Building Blocks of Success
- Stellar 1+ year of experience in administrative or office coordination role
- Working knowledge of mail processes such as a postage machine, FedEx, and UPS
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs
- Exceptional planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with office management tools and software is a plus
- Some physical activity, such as lifting and moving office supplies, may be required.
