Account Coordinator

Position Overview
As an Account Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day activities related to client and event management. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Account Manager to oversee the creative project lifecycle, leveraging your organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure project success.
As part of our hybrid work model, you will work from our Atlanta office 1-2 days per week, with additional in-office presence when necessary for event preparation. The remaining days can be worked remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential issues before they arise. - Conduct client onboarding, training sessions, and provide ongoing client support.
Account Management Support
- Keep CRM systems up-to-date with accurate client information, project details, and communications.
- Prepare and manage sales contracts, proposals, and project timelines.
- Monitor project milestones, ensuring deadlines are met and clients' expectations are exceeded.
- Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration within teams using our project management platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project delivery meets client needs.
Administrative Support
- Analyze campaign data and create detailed reports on performance, providing actionable insights for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop media strategies that align with client goals.
- Prepare presentations for client meetings, ensuring clear and impactful communication of key information.
- Manage account documentation, files, and meeting schedules.
- Schedule and organize client calls and meetings to maintain effective communication.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of software functionalities and how they integrate into client projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator) is a plus.
Qualifications
- Must be based in the Greater Atlanta area.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related role (preferably in media, marketing, or software industries).
