Production Manager

Global Services, Inc. (dba) Threads and Silks in Hoover, Alabama seeks a Production Manager responsible for coordinating and overseeing day-to-day operations and for managing and evaluating the entire production process.

Specific duties incl. contributing to production planning & budgeting; org. schedules, monitoring workflows, & tracking inv.; coordinating w/buyers on new projects, product changes & additions, labor quotes, & delivery commitments on finished goods; managing & overseeing set up, tear down screens, utilizing screen rack; managing the screen printing on automatic machines & embroidering on computerized machines; performing quality control checks on all printed materials and follow SOPs to increase customer satisfaction; managing productivity of all production employees & facilitating shop schedule. Position requires: 3 or 4 yr. U.S. or foreign bachelor's degree in Business Admin., 24 mos. exp. as Production Mgr. or similar position.
