Retail Sales and Marketing Associate

We are currently seeking a motivated Retail Sales and Marketing Associate who is eager to grow into a management role with the help of our hands-on training and development programs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a professional, friendly manner and assist with product inquiries
• Generate sales through exceptional customer service and in-store promotions
• Maintain product knowledge to offer expert advice and tailored solutions to customers
• Contribute to in-store events to promote brand awareness
• Track and report on sales and marketing initiatives, offering suggestions for improvements
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed client targets
• Participate in regular training sessions focused on leadership, strategies, and customer service excellence
• Prepare for eventual management responsibilities through mentorship and coaching

Qualifications:

• Previous retail, sales, or marketing experience preferred (1+ year ideal but not required)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company, with the mission of moving into a management role
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus
