Job Description: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content Creation and Social Media Strategist with over 2 years of experience, specializing in short-form video content. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and creating content for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and other social media channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that align with our brand’s objectives, increase engagement, and drive traffic across multiple social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement content strategies that align with the company’s goals and brand identity.
  • Produce and edit high-quality short-form video content (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) that resonates with the target audience, ensuring creativity and engagement.
  • Oversee the daily management of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Plan, launch, and manage social media campaigns that increase brand awareness, attract potential leads, and drive conversions.
  • Track, measure, and analyze social media performance, generate insights, and optimize future strategies and campaigns.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments, messages, and foster relationships, encouraging user-generated content (UGC).
  • Work closely with design and business development teams to ensure cohesive content creation and distribution strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, social media innovations, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluency in either Korean or Japanese, and English, is required.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a Social Media Strategist, Content Creator, or similar role.
  • Proven expertise in short-form video content creation for platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing tools (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and social media trends.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and innovative approaches.
