Non-Profit Event Representative

We are looking for a driven individual that is passionate about making a difference. We believe in the power of change and are dedicated to building healthier, safer, and more sustainable communities. Our Non-Profit Event Representative  team works with organizations committed to supporting education, and protecting the environment. As part of our efforts, our Non-Profit Event Representative  team is proud to partner with the L.E.A.D. non-profit program, which helps prevent drug use, violence, bullying, and more. 
 

We’re looking for a Non-Profit Event Representative  to help us bring these important initiatives to life and assist in increasing donor involvement. You’ll work directly with the Non-Profit Event Representative  team of dedicated professionals to organize impactful events that inspire action, raise awareness to potential donors, and mobilize communities to create lasting change.
 

Non-Profit Event Representative Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Non-Profit Event Representative  team in the planning and execution of community-focused events and campaigns to provide knowledge and answer questions regarding L.E.A.D. 
  • Engage with donors to encourage participation, promote the mission, and collect feedback to foster lasting community relationships.
  • Help organize and execute fundraising efforts, including events, campaigns, and donor outreach.
  • Track accurate records of donor information and provide support to ensure financial goals are met within the non-profit. 
  • Help create positive, meaningful interactions between the organization and the public.
  • Ensure donor events run smoothly, and that all details align with our mission and values.

What We’re Looking For In a Non-Profit Event Representative:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is Nonprofit Management or Business Administration preferred but not required.
  • Passion for community involvement and social change.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and professional approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous event planning, charity, or non-profit experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
