TITLE

Privacy & Compliance Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Privacy & Compliance Intern will work with the Privacy & Compliance teams to develop comprehensive privacy training materials using a variety of existing and new resources, such as previous team-specific trainings, research resources from professional organizations, and other materials.

The Intern would also:

  • Work with staff to learn how they perform their daily responsibilities and job functions.
  • Ensure confidential information is handled with honesty and integrity. 
  • Participate in projects and assist team members in completing various tasks. 
  • Work as part of a team to assist with legal & compliance research and resource development.
  • Gathers and summarizes research data such as statues, decisions, news articles, codes and documents.
  • Helps with tracking and organizing task follow-up and coordination of action plans. 

DESIRED MAJORS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS + SKILLS

  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including experience with PowerPoint or another presentation software.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Experience with complicated research projects a plus.
  • Visual design skills and experience creating storyboards a plus.

Relevant coursework may include: Economics, Political Science, Business Courses, or Pre-Law coursework


YOUR INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our intern candidates will interview with our Privacy and Compliance Counsel and then with our Chief Compliance Officer.
