Human Resources Intern – Class of 2026

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team for a 7-week internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a dynamic organizational environment. The intern will work closely with our HR team to support various functions and projects.
 

Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the global implementation of the Workday Recruiting module
• Help with HR data analysis and reporting through systems like Workday and SharePoint.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of HR tasks.
• Assist in the implementation of the Workday Recruiting module
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within the HR department.
• Support employee engagement activities, such as organizing events, conducting surveys, and facilitating communication initiatives.
 

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems like Workday and SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to tasks.
