A dynamic civil litigation firm specializing in professional liability and business litigation is seeking to fill two associate attorney positions. Our firm represents a diverse range of professionals, including real estate brokers, property management companies, attorneys, and assisted living facilities, in matters involving negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, and wrongful death. We also advocate for businesses of all sizes—from small enterprises to Fortune 500 companies—in complex commercial disputes. As we expand into new markets and practice areas, we are looking for talented attorneys to join our team.

Who We're Looking For

We seek smart, ambitious attorneys who are eager to contribute to the firm’s growth. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of litigation experience
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Experience drafting discovery, motions, and taking depositions
  • A proactive approach to case strategy and client advocacy

Schedule & Requirements

  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • Experience Required: Minimum of 4 years as an attorney
  • License: Active California Bar License (Required)
  • Work Location: In person  (San Clemente, CA)  (with remote options available)
