As a Stylist at Dillard’s your main job responsibilities are assisting clients select and style outfits, while demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

Stylists also help to maintain product presentation and standards in accordance with company guidelines. It is important for Stylists to build meaningful relationships with clients thru various means to include: Client System, Connect App, Social Media, ect.

By working closely with the management team Stylists will build their customer service and selling skills, to further their growth within the company.

Schedule:

May vary but should be available some nights and weekends.

Full Time - 38-40 Hrs/week

Education:

High School or Equivalent (Required)

Experience:

1 year or more of Customer Service (Preferred)
