Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager

 

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute our internal marketing strategy and tactics. We are a research, strategy and design agency based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is hybrid and does require an in-office presence.

 

Responsible for:

  • The development and execution of marketing tactics including website content, social media assets, print mailers, thought leadership, client events, gift campaigns, outbound campaigns etc.
  • Coordinating with client relationship managers on sending outbound sales campaigns to contact lists
  • Compiling/tracking all marketing tactic metrics and recommends refinements on strategy
  • Approaching all marketing tactics with a strategic lens and understands business objectives, has knowledge of and utilizes/evolves marketing best practices
  • Coordinating and maintaining relationships with vendors
  • Assisting in development and maintenance of Fusion Hill brand guidelines
  • Assisting in development and execution of sales tactics and outbound sales campaigns
  • Manages the process of design development of sales materials with the creative and/or research & strategy team
  • Managing and executes updates on vendor portals
  • Owning case study process in partnership with research, strategy and creative disciplines
  • Coordinating materials for RFPs and sales pitches
  • Other duties as assigned including assisting in the execution of culture-building events, maintaining budgets

QualificATIONS

  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of quality, including attention to detail across all touch-points
  • Ability to balance multiple projects, be an independent self-starter, and possess time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to effectively use marketing-team processes
  • Ability to work in a team through project phases while navigating key milestones
  • Familiarity and expertise within CRM programs (Hubspot specifically)

Working conditions/environmental and physical requirements

 

  • This position is primarily in an office setting but does require the ability to frequently make local errands and trips to and from the office
  • This position is predominancy sedentary but may require the ability to move about the office or other facilities
  • This position constantly operates a computer and requires the ability to observe details at proximity
  • This position requires the ability to effectively communicate information to others
  • This position requires the ability and willingness to travel as needed
  • This position requires the ability to occasionally carry and/or lift items up to 25 pounds

SALARY:

  • Starting salary: $65,000
