The Texture Muse, a dynamic luxury arts commission platform with a vibrant online community of 160K+ followers on Instagram and 25K+ followers on TikTok, is seeking a passionate Social Media Engagement Intern to elevate our digital presence and community interaction. We are a fully remote business.

If you're passionate about creating meaningful online connections and can turn comments into conversations, we want to meet you! Hours are flexible and you can work from anywhere in the country. Once we find you, we’d love to keep you on board throughout the 2025-2026 school year.

Position Overview

This is a part-time internship designed to provide a motivated student with the hands-on experience in managing a prominent social media account and nurturing online communities.

Internship Details

• Hours: 2-4 flexible hours per week
• Compensation: Based on experience
• Start Date: June 3 at the latest (Spring '25)
• Duration: Potential to continue through Spring '26

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary engagement coordinator across our social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok)
• Develop and implement engagement strategies to increase audience interaction
• Manage posting schedule across platforms including creating captions, finding trending audio, and launching posts
• Promptly and creatively respond to all comments and direct messages
• Monitor and analyze social media engagement metrics
• Craft thoughtful, brand-aligned responses that reflect The Texture Muse's unique voice
• Proactively identify engagement opportunities
• Opportunity to edit and create content

Ideal Candidate Profile

Academic Background

• Current rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior
• Major in Marketing, Business, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Art, Digital Media, or related field

Required Skills and Attributes

• Exceptional written communication skills
• Familiarity with Instagram and Tiktok
• Ability to maintain a consistent, engaging, and professional online persona
• Highly empathetic and skilled in community management
• Quick-witted and creative in crafting responses
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
