Our solution provides paradigm-shifting quantum-mechanics-based tools for scientists worldwide.

QSimulate is looking for an ambitious professional for an operations role who will work with us to take the company to the next level. The opening is primarily for an entry-level position, but we may consider exceptional candidates with multiple years of experience for an advanced position too.

ROLE

  • Coordinate the company’s internal operations including administrative, legal, and financial responsibilities
  • Manage communication with external professional services 
  • Manage day-to-day operations for the company’s domestic and international offices. 
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding questions or issues.
  • Help with some of the HR activities including recruitment, employee onboarding, and coordination of performance evaluations. 
  • Oversee the administrative work for federal grants

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Attention to detail, being able to multi-task, strong work ethic.
