About the Role

As a Sales Support & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in bridging our sales and marketing teams. You’ll help streamline sales processes, create engaging marketing content, and ensure smooth communication between departments. Key Responsibilities

In this multifaceted role, you’ll wear many hats to support our business development. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Sales Team Support: Assist our sales executives with preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Ensure the team has up-to-date brochures, case studies, and data to win new business and retain clients.
  • Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to create and update content such as flyers, newsletters, social media posts, and email campaigns. Help maintain our website and LinkedIn presence with fresh, relevant content that engages our audience.
  • Event & Campaign Management: Coordinate logistics for trade shows, client meetings, and webinars. Manage event calendars, promotional item inventory, and shipping of materials to event sites. Support the execution of marketing campaigns and track their performance.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain sales and marketing databases (CRM entries, lead lists, and contact information) with accuracy and attention to detail. Generate regular reports on sales leads, campaign results, and client feedback to help teams refine their strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a communication hub between sales and other departments. Ensure customer inquiries or leads from marketing efforts are quickly passed to the right sales reps and that feedback flows back to marketing for continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement improvements in our sales support and marketing processes. Whether it’s a new tool to organize content or a better way to track customer inquiries, your ideas will be valued in making our team more efficient.

Qualifications & Skills

We’re looking for a well-rounded team player who is enthusiastic about learning and taking initiative. Top candidates will bring:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, marketing coordinator, or similar role. (Experience in logistics or B2B environments is a plus, but not required.)
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can craft a clear email, create an eye-catching presentation, and comfortably interact with colleagues and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Superb attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. You stay on top of tasks and can adjust priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools (email marketing platforms, social media, basic graphic design or CMS experience) is highly preferred.
  • Team & Self-Management: A collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently when needed. You take initiative, solve problems creatively, and aren’t afraid to ask questions or propose new ideas.
