🎥 Content Creator & Video Editor Intern (In-Person) — RM Growth

Location: Los Angeles, CA or Remote
Duration: Part-Time Internship (10–20 hours/week)
Pay: $16.50/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Schedule: Flexible, 2–3 days a week (in-person)

 

 

🧠 About the Role:

RM Growth is seeking a Content Creator & Video Editor Intern to help power our growing portfolio of brands. From TikTok to YouTube, you’ll play a key role in crafting content that feels fresh, fast-paced, and fun — all while working closely with creators and talent that have millions of followers.

This role is ideal for someone who lives in Premiere Pro, knows how to create scroll-stopping edits, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You won’t just be clipping videos — you’ll be building full content pieces with color, sound, transitions, and all the polish that makes a video hit.

 

 

🎯 What You’ll Do:

  • Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube

     
  • Add effects, motion graphics, transitions, and audio to bring videos to life

     
  • Help manage a multi-brand content calendar

     
  • Coordinate publishing schedules to make sure content drops on time

     
  • Create eye-catching YouTube thumbnails and social cover images

     
  • Collaborate with creators, talent, and brand managers on content direction

     
  • Organize footage, maintain file systems, and help on set when needed

  • Can juggle multiple deadlines and love crossing things off a content calendar

✅ Requirements:

  • Must be based in Los Angeles and available to work in-person

     
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop)

     
  • Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram content styles

     
  • Bonus: Experience with sound editing, color grading, or motion graphics
