What You’ll Do:
As a Human Resources Intern, you will work closely with our HR leader and CEO to shape meaningful resources and recruitment processes that impact our growing team.

Your Responsibilities:

Learning Library Development: Help organize and enhance our internal learning library using existing training and onboarding resources

Recruitment Strategy Enhancement: Assist with job postings, refine job descriptions, and support ATS integration with our Predictive Index software

Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and improve HR systems and workflows

Who You Are:

Enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Management, or Business Administration

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Curious about HR tech, recruitment strategy, and workforce development

Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment best practices is a plus
