
Marketing Intern
At Arbital Health, we are accelerating the shift from fee-for-service agreements to value-based care agreements. We are seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team! This role is perfect for a student or recent graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in various areas of marketing, with a strong emphasis on marketing analytics. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, and ready to contribute fresh ideas while supporting day-to-day marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, email, events, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and marketing data, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Support the creation of marketing materials including social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and brochures using Adobe Creative Cloud products (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc).
- Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and other key performance indicators using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, etc.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic marketing decisions.
- Assist in content creation, including copywriting for social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
- Maintain and organize marketing databases, contact lists, and performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure deadlines are met.
- Contribute ideas in team brainstorming sessions and provide support for special marketing projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing analytics, campaign performance, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite a plus
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel (experience with formulas, pivot tables, basic data visualization preferred).
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, or other digital marketing platforms is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
