Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator

Summary of Duties: Builds community relationships to ensure continuation of strong referral sources. Creates promotional materials and strategies to benefit the practice. Assists in growing the practice by internally and externally marketing all aspects, products and services.

Job Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Develops contacts and garners relationships with potential and existing referral sources
  • Well versed in customer relationship strategies
  • Oversees community outreach 
  • Conducts marketing meetings
  • Makes routine visits to new and existing referral sources
  • Collaborates with new patient coordinator, practice manager, and managing partner
  • Creates literature and promotional materials
  • Tracks trends from referrals and new patient numbers
  • Maintain social media presence
  • Manage ongoing campaigns
  • Liaison between practice and digital marketing company (FWM)
