RC Willey is looking for a Photo Studio Assistant to collaborate with Store Display teams, Sales, the Photographer, and Executives. They will manage inventory, unpack and repackage products, and stage items for photography. Inspecting products for damage and ensuring they look their best for shoots, they will thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and quick turnarounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Display team, Sales Management, Photographer, and Executive team to manage incoming inventory, unpack and repackage products, and prepare items for high-quality photography.
• Inspect and assess incoming products for any damage or defects to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Utilize your design sense to ensure products are presented in their best light before photo shoots.
• Work efficiently to maximize the speed of product turnaround, refining your skills to consistently improve performance.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including unpacking, prepping, staging, and repackaging hundreds of items each week.
• All other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in retail, technology, e-commerce, or marketing
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment and enjoys adapting to change
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and lifting 50-100 lbs. regularly
• Skilled at multitasking, with keen attention to detail and consistent follow-through on tasks
• Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
