What You'll Be Doing:

🎯 Provide engaging, 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings.
📋 Follow behavior intervention plans and track progress to celebrate wins!
📝 Collect and record data to help shape each child's success.
🤝 Work closely with families and a supportive team of BCBAs and RBTs.
🎉 Create a fun and positive learning environment that makes an impact!

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Passionate about working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
✔️ Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
✔️ Basic knowledge of behavior interventions (or excited to learn!).
✔️ Committed to professionalism and ethical standards as an RBT.

Position Details:

💼 Job Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM)
💰 Salary: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
