Project Coordinator

Compensation:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (essential)
  • Good communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Enthusiasm for learning about printing, framing, and display graphics

Bonus (not required, but helpful):

  • Experience or interest in graphic design and/or photography

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients by reviewing files, providing recommendations, and preparing quotes
  • Manage client communications, track project details, and ensure smooth workflow
  • Collaborate with our production team on client projects
  • Quality-check finished prints and framed pieces
  • Help maintain project schedules and client updates throughout the production process
