Donor Relations Associate
This is the right fit for a career-oriented professional to work in a Christian ministry that brings God’s love to the lost and hurting in our community. We are looking for a professional, organized, enthusiastic Donor Relations Associate who is a college graduate with a 2 or 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
Duties:
- Identify and cultivate new large donors and continue to grow relationships with current donors
- Identify/develop new corporate and individual sponsors for annual events (Fall Banquet & Hearts of Hope) as well as maintain current sponsor relationships
- Represent CCRM at outside functions as appropriate
- Prepare private grant applications
- Update printed publications as well as digital (i.e. social media, website)
- Assist Development Director in other areas as needed.
Qualifications:
- A 2 or 4-year degree from an accredited college or equivalent is desired
- Attentive to detail and accurate in written and verbal communications
- Comfortable with phone communications and in-person visitation
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft and Google programs
- Experience with social media and basic website updates is desired
- Experience with donor database systems (i.e. Raiser’s Edge/DonorPerfect) or capacity to learn such systems.
