The Center for Developmental Disabilities is seeking a highly motivated and organized Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing training programs that support the development and growth of our employees. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for learning, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage training programs for employees at all levels.
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and materials for training sessions, both in-person and online.
- Work closely with department leaders to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
- Maintain training records and track employee progress in various training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as necessary.
- Support new employee onboarding with relevant training programs.
- Manage relationships with external training vendors and ensure the quality and relevance of external training offerings.
- Assist in the development of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Provide administrative support to the training department ensuring that all training initiatives are cost-effective.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in employee development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
