Compensation: Commission-based position. Weekly pay.
$499 and below: 5% commission
$500 - $2,499: 10% commission
$2,500 - $4,999: 12% commission
$5,000+: 15% commission
Overview:
We're looking for ambitious people to build a dynamic Sales & Marketing team for our company. You'll serve as an Independent Contractor that utilizes various strategies to connect with businesses, brands, and organizations to bring in clients that need our services of providing quality custom apparel and graphics. No experience is required. As a remote Sales & Marketing rep you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by connecting with potential clients, managing relationships, and promoting our services/products. Competitive commission pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and execute email campaigns to generate leads.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Use Excel/Google Sheets to track sales data, data entry, and analyze performance.
- Develop strong communication strategies to engage and understand client needs.
- Manage time effectively to meet sales quotas and deadlines.
- Create and process accurate and detailed estimates, invoices, and projects.
