Shift Lead / Assistant Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Shift Lead / Assistant Manager to join our team at Supermom's Frozen Yogurt & More! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll play a key role in managing daily operations, driving growth, and ensuring the shop runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Customer Service & Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact during shifts,
ensuring excellent customer service and team performance.
• Employee Training & Management: Train new employees, assist with hiring and
termination processes, and manage team schedules (backup to the manager).
• Menu Planning & Inventory: Assist with menu planning, product purchasing, and inventory
management to ensure the shop is well-stocked and running efficiently.
• Marketing & Growth Strategies: Contribute to marketing efforts, including social media
management, event planning, and promotional campaigns to drive business growth.
• Shop Management: Maintain the shop’s aesthetics, cleanliness, and overall customer
experience.
• Accounting Support: Assist with basic accounting tasks and financial reporting (backup to
the manager).

Qualifications
• Previous experience in a leadership or customer service role (food service or retail
preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic understanding of inventory management, marketing, and accounting principles.
• A positive attitude and a passion for creating a welcoming environment for customers and
staff.
