Location: Myerstown, PA

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Job Summary:

The Lab Technician will be responsible for processing and logging laboratory samples, performing qualitative and quantitative testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods following GMP, ISO, NF, and USP standards. Additional responsibilities include preparing laboratory reagents, documenting test results, supporting non-compliance investigations, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring regulatory compliance in all documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process, log, and composite laboratory samples for chemical testing.
• Perform qualitative/quantitative analyses on raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
• Document and review test results in lab notebooks and SAP-QM system.
• Support non-compliance investigations and update lab records.
• Maintain lab equipment, conduct safety audits, and handle hazardous waste.
• Assist with revising SOPs and testing procedures.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Manufacturing teams.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in science preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant scientific experience.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory standards preferred.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in PC skills and laboratory documentation.
