Assistant Marketing Coordinator
We are currently seeking resumes for a qualified, responsible, and energetic Assistant Marketing Coordinator for our Phoenix, Arizona office. The ideal candidate will be motivated to develop and build their personal knowledge and skills to assist with the growth and success of the company through successful Business Development/Marketing tasks. Job Description
This role will be handling day-to-day administrative tasks and supporting the execution of a range of marketing, communications and business development initiatives. This position reports directly to the Marketing Director.
Duties:
- Assist with research of project leads
- Maintain internal marketing file organization, project libraries and processes
- Support the preparation/production of marketing materials, which may include proposals, qualifications packages, resumes, brochures, presentations, and social media efforts
- Support external business development activities, such as conference/tradeshows and company events
- Perform other duties as needed
Job Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills):
- Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent with two (2) years of administration experience.
- Preferred: Minimum Associate’s degree in a closely related field (English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business or related area) with at least one (1) year of administration experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products; in particular, Teams/SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) and a desire to learn these applications
- Experience working in databases/CRM software
- Writing and editing ability
- Soft Skills: Adaptable self-starter, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, embraces collaboration in a team-based environment
- Valid Driver's License, with the ability to maintain insurability under the company's insurance carrier
