Retail Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives across email, SMS, and e-commerce campaigns. This role will be responsible for coordinating digital marketing activities, ensuring campaign accuracy, maintaining database hygiene, and assisting in marketing planning and reporting. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will help manage campaign launches on our e-commerce platform, SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud), ensuring alignment of assets and execution.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally to keep marketing efforts on track.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Email & SMS Marketing:
- Coordinate email and SMS marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
- Proof and ensure accuracy in all email campaigns, including promotions, content, headers, footers, and source codes.
- Conduct A/B subject line testing to optimize open rates and engagement.
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy, growth, and hygiene of retail email databases.
- E-Commerce Campaign:
- Support campaign launches on our e-commerce platform (SFCC) by planning and aligning the required assets.
- Work closely with the merchandising, creative, and marketing teams to ensure all elements (banners, promotions, product placements, etc.) are prepared for live campaigns.
- Maintain a campaign launch calendar to ensure smooth execution and coordination across teams.
- Serve as a liaison between marketing, merchandising, creative, and other cross-functional departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Marketing Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Collect, analyze, and summarize sales and marketing performance data.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics for retail email, retail sales, catalog sales, and e-commerce promotions.
- Provide actionable insights based on data trends to optimize marketing strategies.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- BS/BA Degree – Marketing, Public Relations, Project Management, Business, Merchandising, Communication
- Customer-centric mindset, constantly seeking ways to improve the shopping, buying, and post-purchase experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with solid Excel skills.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is a plus.
- Experience with Listrak is a plus.
- Experience using analytics tools (Adobe Analytics preferred) is a plus.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative and merchandising teams.
- Organization skills- ability to manage time, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and complete all assigned tasks.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to proofread marketing materials with accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Have the flexibility to work on-site/in the business and remotely during the week. You’ll spend a few days a week in our office for collaboration/in-person engagement and have the flexibility to work from home on other days.
