Personal Lines Account Executive
Seeking an exceptional, full time, self-motivated, entry-level Personal Lines Account Executive with a high standard of professionalism who can deliver consistent and exceptional results.
What you’ll do (we will train you):
- Provide superior customer service
- Review policies, identify exposures and make coverage recommendations for clients
- Account round existing accounts as well as ensure high level of account retention of existing book of business
- Educate clients on exclusions and exposures as well as resolve their concerns and issues
- Work with the carriers to access their underwriting practices when placing coverage
- Remarket accounts to our many insurance companies
- Assist with reviewing new and renewal business policies for accuracy
- Assist with coverage inquiries, claims, billing and mortgagee requests
