Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our ADS team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyze data and share insights with the team. This role requires excellent communication skills, presentation skills, data analysis, strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and share insights with the team on a regular basis
• Analyze data from different sources to identify relevant industry trends of Aerospace; Defense & Space 
• Consolidate data findings into reports and present to the team and relevant parties  
• Stay up to date on market trends, factors influencing product demand, analyze results to identify potential business expansion
• Identify key players of the industry and evaluate their strengths, market positioning, and marketing strategies
• Gather insights on supply chain management; follow up on suppliers’ news, key issues regarding logistics trends
• Follow up on any updates regarding Government Contracts, bidding status, new announcements 
• Co-work with Operations Analyst to compile history data and create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance

Qualifications

• Prefer business related major
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct in-depth research and formulate findings into a presentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
